The Richelieu Jazzy Table d'Hote
offers entrees such as Shrimp Creole, Trout Amandine, Chicken Rochambeau
and Filet Lafitte, each accompanied by vegetables and served with
a choice of appetizer, salad and dessert. Guests also may choose
from Arnaud's full dinner menu of legendary
Creole cuisine. The Casbarians are the first to revive the popular
Bourbon Street tradition from the 1940s. It was the heyday of jazz,
and then-proprietor Germaine Cazenave Wells, a woman known for conviviality,
made Arnaud's a popular night spot by serving up live music along
with fine food.

Today, the music plays on in the Arnaud's Jazz Bistro,
and guests dine under glittering chandeliers. With its own
canopied entrance just steps away from Bourbon Street, the
Arnaud's Jazz Bistro excites a special spirit at Arnaud's.
"Everyone loves it," Archie Casbarian said. "Dinner
with live music makes an evening out a wonderful event,"
he says.
The Arnaud's Jazz Bistro is a more casual setting where jackets are not required and there is a $4 per person music charge. |
